When will I receive my order?
Lily Bird Studios uses a third party printing company, Printify, which produces, ships, and bills customers through the Etsy shop. Therefore, all shipping, packaging, and print time is dependent of Printify.
Where does my order ship from?
Lily Bird Studios aims to use U.S. based printing providers only to reduce cost. Your order will ship from the print provider within the United States.
Production
What is my order made from?
Bags are made from 100% cotton canvas. Phone cases are made from PLA and PBAT polymers and bamboo fiber, making them plastic-free and biodegradable.
Who produces these goods?
Printify uses U.S. based print providers for each item.
Refunds
Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If there is an issue with the print provider and you do not receive your order, you will be refunded in full.
